Do I need to be able to post reviews on Amazon?

No. Many authors on BookSirens are perfectly happy with Goodreads or BookBub reviews. When you create your profile, make sure to indicate which sites you can post reviews. Then you will only get invited to ARCs where the author is fine with reviews on those sites.
