My book's file size is too big. How do I upload it?

The max file size we support is 100MB. If your file is larger than 100MB, you'll need to compress it while still ensuring readability. For PDFs, you can try using SmallPDF or Adobe.

If your book is primary text based and doesn't contain too many heavy graphics, then there's no reason your file sizes should be greater than 20MB. We recommend consulting your book formatter or formatting software to investigate the reason. Files larger than 20MB make it technically more challenging for readers to download your ARC, especially if they're not tech-savvy. So it pays to invest in getting your files under 20MB if your book is primarily text based.

To send us large files, you'll need to first upload your files to a cloud storage provider and then share the download link with us. We currently accept download links from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer, and iCloud. To share the download link with us, simply email us the link.

Kindly note that, for security and privacy reasons, we are not able to create accounts or login to other websites or apps in order to download your files. The aforementioned cloud providers allow you to share a download link which allows someone to download your file without having to make an account with them. We don't share your download link with anyone else.
