How are multiple books in the same series promoted?
Each book in the series will have it's own individual book page and review team. But we'll primarily promote the latest book in the series in search results and email newsletters.
For every book in the series, its book page will feature the entire series for ease of navigation:
For the above to work, you need to tell us which books are in the same series and what order they should be read in. To do this:
- Go to your books.
- Click Edit for the book in question.
- Scroll down to the part of the form titled Series?
- Specify the series name and order number.
- Click Update.
- Repeat the above for each of the books in the series.
When a reader attempts to join the review team for a book in the series, they will see a message depending on how you've set up the listing.
Reading previous books recommended
If you indicated that reading previous books is recommended, we'll gently nudge readers to read the prior books first. We'll also link to the prior book's page. Readers who wish to start from earlier in the series can easily do so if they wish.
