Despite being free, we have a very strong incentive to make our service great for a few reasons:

• The guts of the system to help authors manage their own ARC distribution is identical to the system we use for our paid ARC promotion service, which we are constantly improving. Therefore, improvements we make to our paid service automatically transfer over to those using BookSirens to manage their own ARCs.
• Many authors have initially joined BookSirens to manage their own ARC distribution for free. Later, they have enrolled in our paid ARC promotion service (ex. for new pen names, to grow their ARC teams further, etc...). This is obviously great for us because it helps keep the lights on and coffee cups filled. We want to encourage it.
• Since we are in this for the long term, we care deeply about the BookSirens brand and what it represents for readers and authors. Positive word of mouth is important to us, and we owe a large part of our growth to our 10,000+ readers and 1,700+ authors who talk about us on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. We want to keep that going, and providing a free high quality service is a great way to do that.
