How do I test what my readers experience?

View Book Page

To simply view your book page how a reader would see it, follow these steps:

1. Go to your books.
2. Click on the title of the book you want to view.
3. Click View As Reader.

Double Check Manuscripts

To double check what files readers receive when they download your book, follow these steps:

1. Go to your books.
2. Click Edit under the title of the book you want to check.
3. Click the Files tab.
4. Click the cloud icon next to the file format(s) you want to check.

The Entire Reader Experience

If you want to test the experience more thoroughly, you will need to join your own ARC team. To do this, you will need to create a reviewer account under a different email address from the one you use to manage your books.

Then login as if you were a reviewer, go to your book page, and join your own review team. For a smooth experience, we recommend doing this in a separate, incognito, browser to avoid being accidentally logged in to both your accounts.

When you're finished testing, you can close your dummy reviewer account.
