Why am I not seeing my book in search results?

To troubleshoot why you're not seeing your book in search results, confirm the following:

1. You have created a reviewer account under a different email address from the one you use to manage your books.
2. You are currently logged in under that reviewer account.
3. You are able to access your book page directly via the unique link we provide you (ex. the link looks like https://booksirens.com/book/ABCDEF1 )
4. Your promotion started less than 90 days ago. After 90 days, we stop actively promoting your book and may hide them from search results to make room for other, newer books.
5. You're searching for a genre which your book is categorized under.
6. Your search filters are set appropriately (ex. if your book was published in the last 90 days, then the Published In Last 90 Days filter is checked). On a mobile device, the search filters can be accessed by clicking the filters icon on the top right corner.
7. You've gone through all the results by clicking Show More until that button is no longer visible.
8. You have not already joined your ARC team. Books whose ARC teams you've already joined will not appear in search results.

If you meet all the above criteria and are still not seeing your book in the search results, email us with the following information:

1. The email address of your reviewer account.
2. The URL to the search results page where you expect to see your book (ex. it should look something like https://booksirens.com/books/fiction/thriller-arcs )
3. Your book's title.
