Yes. We recommend you promote your first ARC under the Promote Plan. If you're happy with the uptake, we can upgrade you to the Author Plan.

The situation we want to avoid is that an author spends $100 upfront for the Author Plan and are underwhelmed by the results. We cannot guarantee nor predict how many reviews you will yield on BookSirens.

The Promote Plan is a less riskier way to test whether your books will resonate on BookSirens because the upfront investment is $10 instead of $100.

How it will work...

1. You list your book under the Promote Plan
2. We bill you periodically depending on how many BookSirens readers join your review team
3. If you see see your total expenditure nearing $100, you email us to upgrade you to the Author Plan
4. We upgrade you for $100 minus how much you've already spent via the Promote Plan
5. Once you're on the Author Plan you won't incur any further bills for any books you've listed under this pen name or will list in future while your membership is active
