How do I change my pen name?

Note: If your goal is to add a new pen name to your account instead of modifying your existing pen name, see these instructions instead.

If the field is editable, simply update the name in the field and click Update.

Otherwise, for simple changes like fixing a typo or spacing or punctuation, simply email us.

For more significant changes, you will first need to:

Pause all the campaigns listed under this pen name
Update your cover and book files to reflect the new pen name
Ensure that the new pen name is used on Amazon, Goodreads, BookBub, and any other platforms which your books are linked with
Email us to inform us of the new pen name so our editorial team can update your author profile
Our editorial team will look over your files, ensure they correspond with the new pen name, and finally update your author profile. We'll respond back to you after we've done so.
