What is the refund policy?

If you're on the Promote Plan and your book does not get any reader downloads in the first 30 days of the promotion, you can contact us to stop the promotion and get a refund on the listing fee.

We do NOT issue refunds in the following cases:

  1. Specific reader downloads. Instead, we offer reader credits.
  2. If you want a refund on the Author Plan or Partner Plan.
  3. You found a pirated version of your book floating around. See this FAQ for what we recommend you should do next.
  4. You received a review you're not happy with. See this FAQ for what we recommend you should do next.
  5. You violated our terms of use, privacy policy, or content guidelines.
